Philosophy
Labmate covers a
wide range of basic functions. Despite that, it may lack one or two features for
your particular requirements. Our philosophy is not about expensive individual
solutions, but the integration of your suggestions into the basic functions of
Labmate.
Views
Labmate is oriented
around the workflow associated with sampling, laboratory analysis and data
evaluation. The Samples, Laboratory and Evaluations views are provided for this
purpose, along with supporting functions. Access rights to these functions are
assigned in User Management.
Classification of
materials, units of measurement
The company-wide,
standardized, freely definable two-stage classification of materials ensures
uniform and rapid access to your data. Central administration of all units of
measurement prevents inconsistencies and input errors as a result of
delimitations.
Locations, factories and laboratories
Labmate is not
restricted to a single factory or laboratory, but permits the representation of
a wide variety of corporate structures. In addition to the assignment of the
company's own factories to locations, even outside laboratories can be included.
Process areas (production, dispatch etc.) and corresponding sampling points are
assigned to each factory. This comprehensive representation of the actual
structures offers you maximum transparency in the creation and monitoring of
test schedules.
