citizen with a solid background of Engineering Consulting and Project Management
of Process, Safety and Hazardous Risk Operation Analysis. He holds a Master
Degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Science & Technology. He is also a
certified Safety Engineer for the Chemistry and Petrochemistry.
